Kevin Smith, arguably one of the best directors of our time, and certainly one of the most talked about, is back with a new horror film called TUSK. Smith spent many years creating comedies and dramas such as CLERKS, CLERKS II, DOGMA, MALLRATS, JAY AND SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK, ZACK AND MIRI MAKE A PORNO, and more. However, recently, Smiths seems to have focused his energy on the horror genre, with his recent film RED STATE, and now TUSK, which is really exciting. I was impressed with RED STATE, and although it did have its flaws, it showed Smith’s potential as a horror director. I don’t know about y’all, but I’m really looking forward to TUSK. You can see the first poster for the film below!
In the film, a young man sets out to find his friend and fellow podcast host when he goes missing in the terrain of Canada.
The cast for this movie includes: Haley Joel Osment, Genesis Rodriguez, Justin Long, Michael Parks, Ralph Garman, Rob Koebel, Paula Jilling, Kevin M. Conte, Matthew Shively, and K.M. Conte.
